think 다음에 오는 S+V 에는 not 을 쓰지 못한다. I don’t think it will rain. 으로 써야 한다.

a : I hope Mary calls tonight.
b : When do you suppose they will get married?
c : There’s nobody at home. They must go out.
d : Do you think I ought to apply for this job?

must 는 ~ed 형태가 없다. 추측의 must 를 과거로 표현할 때에는 must have p.p 로 표현하면 된다.

suggest 뒤에 올 수 있는 형태는 ~ing와 S ~ 이다. To ~ 는 사용할 수 없다.
